The Tolkien Webmasters' Discussion Forum is a place for those of us who design, administer, or contribute to WWW Sites dealing with the works or thoughts of J.R.R. Tolkien to get together and talk to one another. Any issues relating to web design, Tolkien on the web, or Tolkien's works and ideas are welcome. Projects dealing with any of Tolkien's works including but not limited to 'The Silmarillion', 'The Hobbit', 'The Lord of The Rings', and 'The Lost Tales' are welcome.

This list is open to one and all, provided that you have an interest in Tolkien and in running a Tolkien website. If you already have a site or if you are considering starting one your input and questions are welcome. Please try to keep discussions vaguely on topic, though tangents are not discouraged. Flames are not tolerated, but heart-felt discussions are another matter. More than anything else, however, enjoy yourself and let this list work for you.
